ORDER INFO

We request a 50% deposit to approve and schedule your order. Upon receipt of your deposit an acknowledgement will be sent to you. When your furniture is nearing completion we will contact you to arrange a delivery or pick-up date. The balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks or money orders.

Delivery Time
Each Adriance Original is handmade to order. Typical completion time is a few months. Your patience while we handcraft your heirloom is appreciated. Our clients have assured us that fine artisanry is well worth the wait for years of appreciation.

Shipping/Pick-up
Your furniture will be blanket-wrapped by a professional moving company and will be delivered directly into your home. Smaller items will be specially crated and delivered by UPS, Federal Express or Yellow Freight. Shipping charges vary with destination. We will provide a shipping estimate upon request. Shipping charges are prepaid. Of course you may pick-up at our Workshop. Call us to schedule a pickup date, preferably Monday through Friday, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Please bring blankets so we may properly wrap your heirloom.

Sales Tax
6 1/4% MA sales tax is charged only on items delivered in Massachusetts or picked-up at our workshop.
7% RI sales tax is charged only on items delivered to Rhode Island or picked-up at our Newport Gallery.

Our distinctive hand-carved Starwheel motif, symbolizing harmony between heaven and earth, authenticates all Adriance originals assuring you of unrivaled craftsmanship.

Certificate of Authenticity
Every Adriance art form is a proudly signed original, destined to become a cherished family heirloom. Benchmade especially for you in our New England workshop, our work is collected by those with discriminating taste and will appreciate in value. Each artform is validated by a Certificate of Authenticity.
